Enhanced Systems & Products, Inc. manufactures gas cylinder support and safety equipment designed specifically to handle high-pressure gas and low-pressure liqufied gas cylinders. Gas Cylinder CabinetOur high-pressure gas safety cabinets are designed to meet or exceed all existing code requirements worldwide, and they are constructed of high-quality materials for long life and ease of use. Standard features include an exhaust vent (located on top of cabinet), access window, water sprinkler head (located in ceiling of cabinet) and self-closing/latching doors. Custom features and cabinet configurations are available upon request. Gas Cylinder RacksTube style racks are recommended where cylinders may be exposed to vehicular traffic or material handling equipment. Our racks fully surround cylinders with two inch square steel heavy-gauge tubes welded and sealed with exterior grade powder paint. Two levels of welded steel chains with snaps on each end make cylinder racking easy and convenient. All racks are available in standard and custom configurations from one to 16 or more cylinder capacity, up to 12 inch diameter standard or 24 inch cryogenic. All listed units meet or exceed requirements for UFC, NFPA, CGA and OSHA, as well as Seismic Zone 4 requirements. Gas Cylinder Wall BracketsWall mounted brackets constructed from hot rolled steel (stainless steel and aluminum) are available. Brackets hold one to to four cylinders in the vertical position from 4.0 to 12.0 inches in diameter. Edges are protected with steel-reinforced, vinyl-edge guarding to help maintain your cylinders and provide extra grip. Steel parts are sealed with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. Support straps are the primary means of support as they enable the cylinders to be held tight and secure against the brackets. Chain sets are optional and can be easily retrofitted as a second means of support. Adding these welded steel chains allow compliance with NFPA1, CalOSHA and UFC requirements for secondary cylinder support, and add an improved level of safety for any installation.
